Chithra Jeyaram is a multi-lingual filmmaker and film educator who teaches at NYU Tisch. She quit a decade-long career as a physical therapist and got an MFA in film production. Her short, MIJO, about the delicate mother son relationship aired on KLRU TV and played in 50 film festivals globally. Now, she is directing OUR DAUGHTERS, which examines adoption in America through an immigrant lens.
