Jason Sterman is an Emmy and Peabody award winning producer, director and founding partner of the production company Supper Club. After starting in the film industry under the tutelage of renowned filmmaker Tony Scott, Jason has served as an executive producer on the Oscar nominated film Winter On Fire: Ukraine’s Fight For Freedom, the Sundance official selection Sky Ladder: The Art of Cai Gou-Qiang and theacclaimed Netflix mini-series Five Came Back. Jason won anEmmy and Peabody award for executive producing the Oscar nominated Netflix documentary 13TH and won an Emmy for the New York Times Op-Docs series, Long Live Benjamin. Jason has executive produced the Netflix series Trial By Media and was the showrunner and executive producer of Marvel’s 616 for Marvel and Disney+. He produced the Disney+ documentary Wolfgang about chef Wolfgang Puck and he made his directing debut with the feature documentary A Spark Story for Pixar Animation Studios. In 2022, Jason produced the Lucasfilm and Disney+ feature documentary More Than Robots directed by Gillian Jacobs, and was the producer of the Disney+ film Olivia Rodrigo: driving home 2 u and served as the showrunner and director of the Disney+ original series Sketchbook for Walt Disney Animation Studios. In 2023, Jason produced the documentary STAN LEE for Marvel Studios about the legendary comic book icon and is currently in production on an IMAX immersive feature film he directed and produced for Disney. On the scripted side, Jason most recently produced on the sophomore season of the acclaimed FX series The Bear.
